Jessica earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as Articles Editor for the Journal of International Economic Law (JIEL). During law school, she also worked as a research assistant at JIEL and interned at the White House Office of Legislative Affairs under President Obama’s administration during his first term in office.
